Phooey. Ema-tei only has miso based broth for their ramen. 
Now I need to find somewhere else! I had the una(gi) don instead. It was good, but I think I need to refine my palate somewhat, since I didn’t taste the reason for a 50% increase in price over other places. It was a nice box it came in though.
