Twitter has been signaling on my radar for a few weeks now, so I figured I’d give it a try. Twitter lets me display a short message as my current status (like Instant Messaging) in several places (e.g. my blog – as currently seen, a Twitter website), and update it through a variety of methods (e.g. email, Yahoo Widget, the Twitter website, SMS).
I like the idea, even if the value of it to me is dubious. It’s great that Twitter focused on a very specific problem, and solves it with flexibility and efficiency. I’ll give this a try for awhile, for kicks if nothing else.
